Payment Options

Payment Options offered by John Deere Financial

CSS / Account Services / Payment Options:

There are four ways to make payments on your John Deere Financial accounts:


1. Pre-authorized Payment


*For instalment and lease accounts only; see options 2-4 below for Multi-Use Accounts*


Set up a Pre-authorized Payment plan (PAP) to allow John Deere Financial to deduct the regular, ongoing or recurring payments from your chequing or savings account. (Please note: Contact your bank to make sure pre-authorized payments can be withdrawn from your savings account.) The Pre-Authorized Payment plan may be used for all payment schedules – monthly, quarterly, semiannual or annual for your lease and loan finance business but cannot be used to make payments on your Multi-Use Account..

To complete the Pre-Authorized Payment Plan (PAP) Authorization Form you will need the following information:


  • Your John Deere Financial account information for all the accounts.
  • Bank and account information, i.e., whether it is a savings or chequing account.  For most accounts, the account information is located similar to the sample cheque below:

To sign-up for PAP, you may complete the appropriate PDF form below online, print the completed form and sign it. Or you may simply download the appropriate PAP form in PDF format, fill in the form and sign it.

John Deere Financial requests the payment from your bank account on the due date, or the next business day following the due date if it falls on a weekend or holiday. Your next payment should be drawn from your bank account if that payment is due in 10 or more days from the date your automatic payment authorization for (or voided cheque) is received. Please call Loan Servicing at 1.800.321.3766 to confirm receipt of your authorization.

 


2. Make a payment online or by phone through your bank or Credit Union


How to set up online banking:


- Under "Add Payee" or "Add Bills" or "Enter Payee Name," search for John Deere or John Deere Financial.


  • Instalment or lease contracts: Select 'John Deere Financial - Instalment/Lease' or "JOHN DEERE (INSTALMENT/LEASE)" or similar.
  • Multi-Use Account: Select "John Deere Multi-Use" or "John Deere Financial - Multi-Use Account" or an abbreviation (i.e. "John Deere FL ML").

There may be two payees for John Deere Financial.


Under the Payee Account Number, enter the 13 digit Instalment/Lease contract number or the 10 digit Multi-Use account number. Do not include spaces, dashes or decimals between numbers.


Note: Unless you have your statement remittance, you most likely will not be able to take a payment to your bank or make a payment through an ATM since the magnetized strip, which includes your account information and is used to process your payment, is not on statements printed from our website or copies we may fax/email to you.

 


3. Pay-By-Mail


Payment Addresses


Mailed payments for John Deere Financial instalment/lease accounts and Multi-Use Accounts should be sent to the corresponding address below. Please be sure to write your account number on the front of your cheque; include your statement, coupon or remittance with your payment.

4. Make a Wire Transfer, Direct Deposit or Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT)


For Instalment/Lease contracts, provide your bank with the following information:

To ensure your Instalment/Lease contract is properly credited:

- Please ask your bank to attach the following information to the fund electronically:

     For Further Credit To:

     Customer Account Name

     Customer Account Number (13 digits without dashes)


- Please also contact John Deere Financial Customer Service via phone 1-800-321-3766, fax 1-888-446-1890 or e-mail JDFCustomerServCan@JohnDeere.com. Provide your contract number, contract name and the payment amount to ensure it is applied correctly to your Instalment/Lease contract as this is a manual process.


For Multi-Use Accounts, provide your bank with the following information:

- Please also email John Deere Financial at JDFMUCAResearch@JohnDeere.com with your account number, account name and the payment amount to ensure it is applied correctly to your Multi-Use Account as this is a manual process.

- If an authorization form is required for your bank to set up this option, please fax the form to 1-800-439-5430 or email it to JDFMSRCanada@JohnDeere.com for processing. Please call Customer Service at 1-800-356-9033 with any questions.
