1. Your machines generate diagnostic trouble codes.
2. Those codes flow via JDLinkTM to the dealer Machine Monitoring Center and – along with codes
from thousands of other connected machines – to our central Machine Health Monitoring Center.
3. Your dealer’s local machine monitoring specialists identify potential critical issues.
4. They may utilize remote technology to read and clear codes, record machine performance readings, and even update software.
All of this equals quick response time, sometimes even before the issues cause downtime. And when technicians do visit the machine, they’re better equipped with the knowledge and parts necessary to make the repair.
