Operator's Manual
Review Operator's Manual as you begin spring maintenance projects. It will help to identify maintenance areas, intervals, and procedures. View your machine Operator's Manual in Owner Support.
Flush & Clean
Remove all winterization chemicals and thoroughly rinse valves, nozzle bodies, and nozzles. Use a spray tank cleaner to eliminate residue.
Nozzles, Filters, & Strainers
Examine nozzles for clogs, wear, or damage (replace as needed). Clean strainers and filters before initial operation. View Worn Nozzle Replacement Guide.
Tighten All Fittings & Connections
Ensure all connections are secure. Check clamps, caps, and seals for wear to prevent leaks.
Lubrication
Consult the Operator's Manual for greasing locations and intervals to help reduce wear and improve performance. View your Operator's Manual in Owner Support.
Engine
Check engine oil and replace based on Operator's Manual suggested intervals. Inspect other filters including air, fuel, and diesel exhaust fluid (DEF). Also check the cooling system. View your Operator's Manual in Owner Support.
Tires

Calibrate

Pressurize the system and visually check each nozzle's spray pattern. Be sure the boom sections operate uniformly.
