C1450T Tendering
When the weather and field conditions are right, every minute counts. That’s why the C1450T was designed to minimize tendering time and get you back to seeding faster.
Based on internal testing, the C1450T fills from clutch to clutch in just 28 minutes, compared to 40 minutes for a Bourgault 91300 and 34 minutes for a Vaderstad PD 1350*. These times include positioning the conveyor and semi, filling all tanks, and stowing the conveyor. For the C1450T, faster conveyor positioning and a high-capacity 150 bu/min conveyor help you spend less time waiting for the cart to fill, and more time covering acres.
The result is simple: more time seeding during critical windows. For farmers who fill multiple times a day, those minutes quickly add up to more productive hours in the field.

Setting up a John Deere seeding train is quick and easy with the plug and play technology. All data and technology operate through a Gen 4 or G5™ display and ultimately up to John Deere Operation Center™ that can be viewed from anywhere at any time. Not only does the complete John Deere seeding solution all operate through one display but it eliminates the difficulty and time-consuming tasks of setting up extra displays and harnesses.

C1450T air cart
New for model year 2028, John Deere has added its largest addition yet to the C-Series Air Cart lineup. The C1450T Air Cart allows farmers to increase their productivity and efficiency, without sacrificing accuracy. This new air cart couples AccuRate™ Meters, EZCal™, and tank scales with new features including larger tank capacities, a new 16-inch conveyor, and EZLift — a bulk bag lifting solution.
The C1450T is available only in a trailing configuration. Tank splits for the C1450T are as follows:

EZLift System on a C1100T air cart
EZLift and the integrated side storage platform streamlines the bulk bag tendering process for the C-Series air cart, offering enhanced tendering efficiency. Available only on the C1100T and C1450T, this new feature allows farmers to unload bulk bags directly into tanks 1, 2, and 3. EZLift eliminates the need for a tractor, telehandler, or picker truck in the field during tendering. Located in front of the EZLift boom is the on-cart side storage platform, enabling the ability to hold an extra bulk bag or pallet of seed. This system simplifies logistics and empowers farmers to tender quickly when every minute counts.
Mounted on the right side of the cart, EZLift is a hydraulically powered, remote-controlled arm, designed to simplify bulk bag tendering. With a capacity of up to 2400 lbs. (1088 kg), EZLift can retrieve bulk bags from a trailer, truck bed, or from the ground. Wireless remotes come standard with EZLift and allow you to control it from anywhere on and around the cart. Using the provided lifting shackle, operators can hook onto bulk bags and hoist them above tanks 1, 2, and 3 for easy unloading.

C1450T air cart paired with a P690 hoe drill
The new C1450T air package is engineered to deliver the airflow required for high-rate fertilizer applications across large air seeding tools. Enhancements include improved pressurization, a new air plenum, and venturi-less meter manifolds to help the system maintain consistent product flow and achieve higher application rates in demanding conditions. The result is greater confidence in hitting target rates and enhancing productivity during tight seeding windows.

In model year 2025, John Deere completely redesigned the C-Series air carts to better meet your needs. The C-Series air cart lineup offers the AccuRate™ metering system, which improves accuracy and confidence while seeding. In addition to AccuRate™ Meters, the C-Series air carts consist of a frame up redesign of the 1910 air carts, which include tank scales and ActiveCal™.
In model year 2027, John Deere added the C1100T to the C-Series lineup. This new, larger air cart combines the proven benefits of the C-Series air carts, while adding additional efficiency and productivity. This larger cart features a new 105 bu. Flex Tank, a new 12-inch hydraulic conveyor, walkover stairs, and EZLift – a bulk bag lifting solution.
In model year 2028, the largest addition to the C-Series portfolio was added. The C1450T allows farmers to increase their productivity and efficiency, without sacrificing accuracy. This new air cart couples AccuRate™ Meters, EZCal™, and tank scales with new features including larger tank capacities, a five-tank design, a new 16-inch conveyor, and EZLift.
With all the new features coming to the C-Series Air Cart lineup the model numbers were also updated. Now customers will be able to easily identify the cart size through the model number. Not only is the bushel size in the model number, we also included an “L” or “T” to identify if the cart is in the leading or trailing configuration of the seeding train.
New model numbers for the C-Series Air Carts
The C-Series Air Cart lineup is available in multiple cart sizes ranging from 350 bushel to 1450 bushels. All carts are available in leading or trailing configuration except the C850T, C1100T and C1450T. You have choices for the right configuration for your farm’s needs.

Calibrating with the industry exclusive EZCal System
EZCal™ System on a C500L
EZCal revolutionizes the calibration process for the C-Series Air Cart, offering unparalleled convenience and efficiency. By streamlining and automating calibration tasks, EZCal enables users to achieve precision at a remarkable 45% faster rate compared to leading competitors. This innovative system empowers farmers to optimize their operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance overall productivity, setting a new standard for ease and speed in the calibration of agricultural equipment.
EZCal is like pressing the easy button on calibration. With EZCal, users can easily pour a bucket full of product into the hopper, select the roller color on the G5e cart side display, and initiate calibration. They can then proceed to tender the cart while the calibration process runs. Once completed, users can accept the MDV, seamlessly sending the data to the Gen 4 or G5 display, eliminating the need to remember numbers and reducing steps.

EZCal features an integrated load cell that automatically measures the initial and final weights of the hopper, enabling the calculation of the product distribution amount during calibration. Upon completion of the calibration, the measured weight is utilized to determine the meter displacement value (MDV), which is then seamlessly transmitted to the Gen 4 or G5 display in the cab, provided the farmer accepts the calibration.

EZCal is controlled from the G5e cart side display, removing the requirement to repeatedly move between the cart and the cab during calibration. This streamlined process reduces numerous steps and eliminates the need to physically maneuver on the ground during calibration. With the G5e cart side display, users can easily calibrate one or multiple tanks simultaneously, selecting the desired meter roller for each tank.

Individual electric stainless steel AccuRate metering system
Released in model year 2025, the AccuRate metering system brings a host of improvements, most notably a significant increase in seeding accuracy through the incorporation of individual electric meters per primary run.
