Online/Telebanking Payment

Instalment or lease contracts:

  • Under “Add Payee” or “Add Bills” or “Enter Payee Name”, search for John Deere or John Deere Financial
  • Select 'John Deere Financial - Instalment/Lease' or "JOHN DEERE (INSTALMENT/LEASE)" or similar option.
  • Under the Payee Account Number, enter your 13-digit Instalment/Lease contract number (XXX-XXXXXXX-XXX) Do not include spaces or dashes between numbers.

Multi-Use Account™:

  • Under “Add Payee” or “Add Bills” or “Enter Payee Name”, search for John Deere or John Deere Financial
  • Select "John Deere Multi-Use" or "John Deere Financial - Multi-Use Account" or an abbreviation (i.e. "John Deere FL ML").
  • Under the Payee Account Number, enter your 10-digit Multi-Use Account number (XXXXX-XXXXX). Do not include spaces or dashes between numbers.

Pre-authorized Payment Plan (PAP)

Allow John Deere Financial (JDF) to automatically pull your instalment or lease payment directly from your chequing account on the scheduled payment due date. If the payment due date falls on a weekend or holiday, John Deere Financial will request the payment from your bank account on the next business day. Note: Line of credit accounts are not eligible for this payment option.

You will need the following information:

  • Your John Deere Financial 13-digit contract number(s) (i.e. XXX-XXXXXXX-XXX)
  • Your bank account information. See sample cheque.

To get started, complete the appropriate PAP form and email a signed copy along with a copy of your voided cheque to JDFCustomerServCan@JohnDeere.com. Please also include the John Deere Financial contract number(s) you want set up on PAP.

Mailed payments for John Deere Financial Instalment/Lease Accounts and Multi-Use Account™ should be sent to the corresponding address below. Please write your account number on the front of your cheque; include your statement, coupon or remittance slip with your payment. Note: Theses mailing addresses do not accept overnight mail.

To ensure your Instalment/Lease contract is properly credited, please ask your bank to attach the following information to the funds electronically:

Customer Contract Number (13-digits without dashes or spaces)

Please also email John Deere Financial at JDFCustomerServCan@JohnDeere.com to advise of the electronic payment. Provide your 13-digit contract number, the customer account name, and the payment amount in the email to ensure the transferred funds are applied correctly to your Instalment/Lease contract(s).

For Multi-Use Account™, provide your bank with the following information:
