Membership

Does GreenFleet cost anything?

GreenFleet is free of charge and there are a variety of ways to become a member.

How do I renew my membership?

Renewal depends on your current level. Silver members receive an email to renew their membership for another year. Gold and Platinum members will renew at the level of purchases made during the current membership cycle.

Are all customers eligible for GreenFleet?

Most customers are eligible for GreenFleet. There are a few exclusions including: Governmental purchases, Corporate Business customers, special discount purchases, Multi-Unit discount customers, CWP Associations / segment purchases, Golf retail bonus programs, competitive equipment dealers, and John Deere dealers.

How do I update my address or customer information?

Visit your local John Deere dealership and they can update your GreenFleet account information.

How am I notified of program changes?

The GreenFleet program may change from time to time. We notify members on our website and through email when important changes occur. View the current Terms & Conditions.

Purchasing

How do I look up my GreenFleet account information?

Visit your local John Deere dealership and they can access your GreenFleet account information.

Do I need a membership card to make purchases?

A member card is not required to make purchases. Your local dealership can look up all your account information online.

How do I receive credit for my equipment purchases at the dealership?

No. Qualified equipment purchased at the dealership will be automatically added to your account within 5 days.

Are my GreenFleet discounts good on all products?

GreenFleet discounts are available on 500+ John Deere models. Your discount can be combined with any national program, including financing, so you’ll be sure to get the most out of GreenFleet.

Can I receive GreenFleet discounts at Lowe’s or Home Depot?

No. GreenFleet discounts can only be applied at the time of sale at a John Deere dealership.

Do my purchases at Lowe’s or Home Depot count towards GreenFleet?

Purchases will count towards your membership when you register the warranty on the unit purchased.

How do I receive a member card?

GreenFleet member cards are only sent for earning Platinum status.

Platinum Benefits

How do I replace a lost card or changed card?

A member card is not required to make an equipment purchase. Your local dealership can look up all your account information online, and they can also reprint your member card if you happen to lose it or change levels.

How do I activate a new GreenFleet card that was mailed to me?

Visit our activation page and provide your information.

How do I receive a coupon for the monthly Exclusive Offer?

Monthly exclusive offers are sent to Platinum customers around the first of each month via email. Your dealership may have already loaded your email with your purchase, so you may see a GreenFleet email before your member card arrives. Otherwise, when you activate your member card, you’ll be able to enter your email address, which will put you on next month’s email list.

Can a monthly Exclusive Offer be reprinted or resent?

Unfortunately, exclusive offers cannot be reprinted or resent. Be sure to check your spam folder in case it was filtered there, or check with your local dealership to be sure your email address is correct.

Which Home & Workshop products are eligible for discounts?

Workshop Discount Details

One of the perks of being a Platinum GreenFleet member is receiving 10%* off MSRP on select Home & Workshop Products. To receive your discount, you must present a valid, active GreenFleet card at time of purchase. Discount is not stackable with other discounts, coupons or promotions. Valid at participating John Deere dealer locations in the US and Canada. A list of eligible products is included below.
