John Deere Completes Acquisition of Tenna

MOLINE, Ill. (February 19, 2026) — Deere & Company (NYSE: DE) has completed its acquisition of Tenna, a construction technology company based in New Hope, Pennsylvania.

John Deere announced the intent to acquire the company on December 22, 2025 and the agreement was concluded on February 18, 2026.

Tenna will continue to operate as an independent business marketed directly to construction customers under the Tenna tradename and will focus on scaling and growing the business through its proven mixed-fleet customer-focused business model.
