John Deere's completely redesigned offices at Tower 11 in Pune, India, opened in January 2021 with the goal of enabling teams to better collaborate in an agile way. This modern workplace is a transformative, intentional, and "green" space that consists of colorful ergonomic workstations, unique neighborhood spaces, carbon neutral floors, and "more green now" options like the Tree Seating Room. And this bold new space was created by the John Deere India team in a record time of 75 days despite the challenges of a global pandemic.

The office has been described as a hub for John Deere's DevOps practices, focusing on making development cycles more efficient while bringing the operations teams into play to enable continuous integration and delivery – the very definition of agile. "This is a work environment that facilitates agility, creativity, collaboration, health and well-being, and diversity essential for our future workforce as we move on to becoming Smart Industrial. This new office reflects these characteristics," said Shailendra Jagtap, country manager for India.
